Walking by the Lily Pond

Oil on gessoed board  24x19 cm.
The ordinary act of this young woman walking in her conservative attire was an interesting juxtaposition to the imaginative street art behind her.  This is in Seoul, South Korea and my submission to Bill Guffey's Virtual Paint Out.  The Korean title for this artwork is 백합 연못 옆으로 걷다, which is art in itself.
